तलाठी (गट-क) सवंगाची पररक्षा- 2023 ही राज्यातील एकुण 36 रिल्हा केंद्रावर आयोरित करण्यात आलेली असनू उमेदवारांची संख्या रवचारात घेऊन सदर पररक्षा वेगवेगळया सत्रामध्ये घेण्यात येणार आहे. सदर प्रत्येक सत्राच्या प्रश्नपरत्रका वेगवेगळया असतील. परीक्षाथीची संख्या रवचारात घेऊन परीक्षा एकपेक्षा अनेक सत्रात पार पाडावयाची झाल्यास रिन्न प्रश्नपरत्रकांची कारठण्य पातळीचेसमीकरण (Normalization) करण्यात येईल व त्यासाठी पढुे नमदू केलेल्या (Mean Standard Deviation Method) या पध्दतीचा अवलंब करण्यात येईल.

M_ij= M^g_t– M^g_q/M_ti – M_iq(M_ij − M_iq) + M^gm_q

Where:

M_ij = Normalized marks of jth candidate in the ith shift.

M^g_t= is the average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates considering all shifts (number of candidates will be rounded-up).

M^g_q= is the sum of mean and standard deviation marks of the candidates in the examination considering all shifts.

M_ti= is the average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the ith shift (number of candidates will be rounded-up).

M_iq= is the sum of mean marks and standard deviation of the ith shift.

M_ij= is the actual marks obtained by the jth candidate in ith shift.

M^gm_q= is the sum of mean marks of candidates in the shift having maximum

mean and standard deviation of marks of candidates in the examination considering all shifts.

1. When the value adjustment is done on different scales to notionally common scales the process of adjusting measured value is referred to as Normalization.
2. Candidate’s performance will be evaluated by the authorities based on similar exam parameters. The main motto of this process is to adjust the difficulty level across different shifts of the exam.
