Candidate : May I come in sir?

Board: Yes.

Candidate: Thank you sir.

Board: Ok, Mr. Saugata, you have very interesting academic career with so many ups and downs.

Candidate: Yes Sir, I had a disease (pox) while giving graduation past-I exam. That’s why the score in past-I is poor.

Board: Had you given the exam with pox.

Candidate: Yes sir.

Board: (Brave. Ok. Do you know the name of present education minister of our state?

Candidate: Said.

Board: good, what are the changes in primary and upper primary education level in our country in the last 5 years.

Candidate: Exclaimed.

Board: How many students should there be in a ideal class room situation?

Candidate: said.

Board: How should a teacher behave with his / her pupils?

 Candidate: (I insist on friendly behavior)

[Next they asked some fundamental questions from Indian history and politics]

(I gave one or two wrong answers but over all my interview was quite fine).
