Interviewer 1: What is your full name?
Candidate: My full name is Prakash Abhijit Muluk, Sir.
Interviewer 1: Where are you from?
Candidate: I am from Beed Sir.
Interviewer Ok. From where you completed your Automobile engineering?
Candidate: I have completed my automobile engineering from Modern society of Engineering, Beed.
Interviewer: 1: Ok. You have mentioned very interesting hobbies in your biodata:
Candidate: Thank you sir.
Interviewer 1: Can you tell any five benefits of Hobbies? Why people have different hobbies?
Candidate: Yes sir. Hobbies are beneficial for many people. People who like to learn new things or skills end with learning some interesting things. So hobby helps to learn new skills. If someone’s hobby is teaching then he/she can share knowledge and can make a good bond with everyone. Life has become so fast that people need a stress free life. Doing what they like to do will help them to reduce their stress. It also helps to improve mental health. Hobbies will definitely increase your focus and concentration.

Interviewer 3: Which points are important in building organisation?
Candidate: Yes sir. Firstly, we need to make sure that we have separated functions of the business. This will help in reducing confusion and conflict. Then, clear vision of business and staff operation is also important. Well organised distribution of all the positions is very important. Clear top to bottom understanding of project is important for building organisation. That’s all sir.

Interviewer 2: What cubic centimeters represents?
Candidate: The total volume of the engine cylinder is represented by CC or Cubic centimeters.
Interviewer 2: And. How much power is generated by CC than other engines?
Candidate: When compared to other engines, CC generates more power than other one.
Interviewer 2: Can you tell me which material we use in screwdriver’s handle?
Candidate: The handle of screwdriver are made up of plastics. We use plastic in as a handle of screwdriver.
Interviewer 2: Why plastic is used? Can’t we use metal?
Candidate: Plastic cannot conduct electricity. Also, it is strong and cheap to use. Plastic is not slippery. That’s why plastic is used in handles of screwdrivers.

Interviewer 1: What is the full form of MPFI?
Candidate: The full form of MPFI is Multi Point Fuel injection.
Interviewer 1: And, can you tell me the full form of TPEC?
Candidate: The full form of TPFC is Transient Power Fuel Control system. Yes sir.
