What G20 Summit is about?
An intergovernmental organization is also known as the Group of Twenty or G20. The 19 countries and European Union or EU together make this organization. What is the Theme of G20 Summit 2023 India?
For the G20 year in India, the theme is ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ or ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’. The theme belongs to the Sanskrit Scriptures. The microorganisms, animals, plants and humans like various life forms are emphasized. The ‘Lifestyle for Environment’ phrase suits the theme of India very well. The world is one family is the message that India is passing through G20.
LiFE or Life Style for Environment concept
This LiFE is highlighted in the theme of G20. The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi have enunciated this at Glasgow. This was happening at the Conference of Parties in 2021. The beginning of ‘Amritkaal’ is marked by the G20 Presidency for India.
Agenda of G20
