- Sir / Madam, I do not want to change my location because I have a ready set up here. So, if my job location is changed this time I have to make a new set up there.
- Change of job location is not a bad thing but frequently change will affect performance. So I do not want to change my location for atleast 3 years.
- Changing sometimes improves performance but sometimes if decreases our performance but sometimes it decreases our performance when it happens frequently. My last transfer was a couple of years ago. That’s why at present I want to stay here to improve the performance.
