Candidate: May I come is Sir?

Interviewer 1: Please take your seat.
Candidate: Thank you sir.
Interviewer 1: Tell me something about your education in short.
Candidate: Ok. My name is Vaibhav Vinayak Madan. I have done my basic primary and secondary education Karmaveer High school, Amravati. I have done my graduation in Bachelor of Art from Arts College of Amravati. I have also completed LLB from law college of Amravati. That’s all about my educational background sir.
Interviewer 1: Ok. In which subject you did Bachelor of Arts?
Candidate: I have completed my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy subject.
Interviewer 1: Ok. In which subject you have interest? Except law and Philosophy.
Candidate: I have a huge interest in Politics. I read newspapers and watch news regarding this subject.
Interviewer 1: Ok. On the Independence Day, who hosts the flag at Delhi fort?
Candidate: At Delhi fort, the prime minister hosts the flag on Independence Day.
Interviewer 1: Ok. Tell me the location of Election Commission.
Candidate: Election commission is located in the New Delhi.
Interviewer 1: Ok. Which person has authority of removing the state governor from office?
Candidate: The President only has the authority of removing the state governor from office. That’s all sir.
Interviewer 1: Ok.
Interviewer 2: Suppose you are a leader of team and you need to find out something about your team members. What will do for that?
Candidate: During work, leaders don’t understand the difficulties of team members. Or if they are under a lot of pressure. It can be anything. In this case, I can increase my involvement with members or I will take them all for an informal dinner. So, I will able to understand what is happening in their mind. About me and work. I can help them little by increasing their deadlines. Yes sir, that’s all I can do.
Interviewer 2: Ok. What should be work ethic of person? According to you.
Candidate: I think. While working a person should be sincere towards his/her work. Also, the members of team should be sincere. A person need to be honest while working. Yes sir. This much sir.
Interviewer 2: Ok.
Interviewer 3: How will you recognize a person’s good ethic towards his/her co-workers?
Candidate: Showing respect towards good one is a required quality of a person. If a person shows respect for his/her co-workers then this would be his/her good ethic toward co-workers.
Interviewer 3: Ok. Why work ethics are important? Can you tell me?
Candidate: Yes sir. Good ethics while working is key to success. The organisation becomes progressive and successful when the employees work with good ethics. Yes sir, this much.
