Interviewer 1: What is your name?
Candidate: My name is Ankush Anil Chavan. Sir.
Interviewer 1: Ok. So, you have done B.Tech in Biotechnology. Right?
Candidate: Yes sir.
Interviewer 1: After that what you did for 5 years?
Candidate: I was preparing for this exam sir.
Interviewer 1: Ok. How many times you have given exam for assistant section officer?
Candidate: Six times I have given exam for assistant section officer sir.
Interviewer 1: Ok. You were working somewhere between this time or you were free?
Candidate: Yes sir. My father is farmer and were running shops. So I was helping our family business. At the same time, I was preparing for the exams.
Interviewer 1: Ok. Tell me something about your family.
Candidate: We are 10 in our family except me. My mother, my father, my two sisters, Grandmother, Grandfather, my uncle and auntie, their two kids.
Interviewer 1: Ok. So, you have a very big family.
Candidate: Yes sir.
Interviewer 1: Ok. Anyway. Are you comfortable?
Candidate: Yes sir.
Interviewer 1: Ok. Will start then. Do you know anything about cardiac output?
Candidate: Yes sir. Within a minute, when heart pumps blood then the volume of blood is known as Cardiac output.
Interviewer 1: Ok. When do we call an alloy a binary alloy?
Candidate: When an alloy contains two components then it is known as a Binary alloy.
Interviewer 1: Ok. Tell me the seven columns of light.
Candidate: Ok sir. Red, orange, yellow, blue, green, indigo, violet, are the columns of light.
Interviewer 1: Ok.
Interviewer 2: How does allergens enter the body?
Candidate: Allergens are present on mucous membrane. Through the inhalation process or ingestion process, allergens enter the body.
Interviewer 2: Ok.
Interviewer 3: If a person comes in a contact with foreign serum antigen then the symptoms will be produced. What you will call this?
Candidate: If a person comes in a contact with foreign serum antigen then the symptoms will be produced. Then it is a serum sickness. That’s all sir.
Interviewer 3: Ok. Why you should get selected for this? Describe yourself.
Candidate: I am a very hardworking person. I try to do my work carefully and I make sure I am not doing any mistakes while working. I am very proud of my work ethics. I work with concentration. I found working with a concentration makes my work good and effective. By doing this, I save a lot of time. I always use my appropriate skills to the work. That’s all sir.
