Interviewer 1: What is your full name?
Candidate: My full name is Ganesh Tushar Mali, Sir.
Interviewer 1: Where are you from?
Candidate: I am from Pune Sir.
Interviewer Ok. From where you completed your BA?
Candidate: I have completed my BA from Nowrosjee Wadia College, Pune.
Interviewer: 1: In which Subject?
Candidate: In Psychology subject sir.
Interviewer 1: You have mentioned in your biodata that you like to do painting in your free time. Is it true?
Candidate: Yes Sir. I like to do painting in my free time.
Interviewer 1: Can you tell me any three types of shape?
Candidate: Square, Circle, Hexagon and triangular. These are the types of shapes.
Interviewer 1: Ok. Tell me the names of objects that belongs to square shape.
Candidate: Tiles of the floor, then chess board, then Bread, Biscuit, paper and Square napkins. These are the example of square object.
Interviewer 1: Ok.
Interviewer 2: Do you have any teaching experience?
Candidate: Yes sir.
Interviewer 2: Why did you choose teaching profession?
Candidate: When I was in school, I saw many teachers. Some teachers were strict with their profession, some were loving, some were teaching us more than syllabus etc. I have seen then while teaching. They all were so proud what they were doing as teacher. Some teachers were always motivating us for doing all the extracurricular activities. I felt so good and I decided to become a teacher. That’s all sir.
Interviewer 2: Ok. What are the three important qualities of a teacher?
Candidate: Any job in this world is not easy I we think. As a teacher I can say teachers go through a lot of pressure because they teach and handle more kids at the same time. For the most people it can be frustrating. So, patience is the upper most quality to be a teacher. Teacher are not allowed to lose their patience. Second most important quality flexibility. Teachers need to handle tests, marks, students, syllabus, writing parts and they need to be flexible. Then, I think self-discipline is also important. Yes sir. This much.

Interviewer 3: According to NEP 2020, tell me the aim of the school education regulatory system.
Candidate: The aim of the school education regulatory system is to improve educational outcomes. This is the aim, sir.
Interviewer 3: Ok. Can you tell me the full form of SCERT?
Candidate: The full of SCERT is the ‘State Council of Educational Research and Training.
