Candidate: Thank you Ma’am.

Interviewer 1: What is your name?

Candidate: My full name is Pratiksha Sudhir Manjare.

Interviewer 1: So, you have completed your BMS?

Candidate: Yes Ma’am.

Interviewer 1: Ok. What is the full form of BMS?

Candidate: Bachelor of Management study. This is the full form of BMS, yes ma’am.

Interviewer 1: Do you who is Sarojini Naidu?

Candidate: Yes ma’am. In free India, Sarojini Naidu was the first women Governor of a state.

Interviewer 1: Ok.  What should be the minimum age for Governor for the appointment?

Candidate: The minimum age of Governor should be 35 years old for the appointment.

Interviewer 1: Ok. When we celebrate the National Integration Week?

Candidate: In the month of November. We celebrate the national Integration Week.

Interviewer 1: Ok.

Candidate: Ok Ma’am.

Interviewer 2: What is the role of manager according to you?

Candidate: There are a lot of things managed by a manager. All the planning, directing, staffing, organising and controlling are managed by the Manager.

Interviewer 2: Ok. Why planning is important?

Candidate: Planning is very important for the Organisation, It determines the direction of organisation. It also provide clear vision about work to the team. In the future, planning helps to reduce future wastage. It will provide little motivation to the team. Planning is also important to facilitate decision making.

Interviewer 2: Ok. Do study show any Decision making models?

Candidate: Yes sir.

Interviewer 2: Can you give me some names of Decision making models?

Candidate: Yes sir. Decision making models include classical decision making models, Political decision models and Administrative decision models.

Interviewer 2: Ok.

Interviewer 3: Do you think there is a need of informal organisation?

Candidate: Yes sir. I think informal organisation are more beneficial than formal organisation.

Interviewer 3: Can you explain why?

Candidate: Informal organisation is good than formal because informal channel flows communication fast than formal channels. After comparing both the channels, it is clear that formal organisation unable to complete task and informal organization completes task. The informal organisation creates personal attachment which is also good. It also helps to increase co-operation between people. That’s all about informal organisation.

Interviewer 3: Can you tell me some examples of line organisation?

Candidate: Sorry sir. Unable to recall.

Interviewer 3: Ok. One last question for you. What are the types of leadership styles?

Candidate: Yes sir. Democratic leadership, autocratic leadership, supportive leadership, benevolent autocratic leadership all are included in the leadership styles.
