Interviewer 1: So, your name is Candidate. Right?
Candidate: Yes Sir.
Interviewer 1: Give short introduction about yourself.
Candidate: My name is Nitin Bhavesh Tiwari. Currently I am living in Nagpur. I have completed my 11th and 12th education from Kolhapur. I have completed graduation in Bachelor of Commerce. Presently, I am working as an Assistant accountant. I have 5 years of experience in the same. I live in Malwadi which is a village. There are total 4 members in my family including me. Both my mother and my father are working as teacher.My sister is currently pursuing B. Ed. My hobbies include cooking food, playing Badminton, listing songs, and watching movies.
Interviewer 1: ok.
Interviewer 4: So your hobby is cooking food. Can you tell me, what we call ‘Dhaniya’ in English?
Candidate: Sorry Sir. I am unable to recall.
Interviewer 4: Ok. ‘Haldi’?
Candidate: Turmeric Sir.
Interviewer 4: Ok. ‘kaju’?
Candidate: Cashewnut Sir.
Interviewer 4: Ok. Ilaichi?
Candidate: Sorry Sir, Unable to recall?
Interviewer 4: Ok.
Interviewer 2: You have completed B.Com. Which is your favourite subject of commerce field?
Candidate: Mathematics Sir.
Interviewer 2: Ok, tell me the procedure of converting fraction into a percentage.
Candidate: if a fraction is ¼ then we need to divide top number with bottom number. Then will get a point value. Then, multiply this number by 100. You will get fraction into percentage.
Interviewer 2: Ok. How will you calculate mean?
Candidate: Mean include a set of number. Where we need to add all of set number together. The, we need to divide those numbers by the total elements. After this, we will get mean of that set.
Interviewer 2: Ok.
Interviewer 3: How will you perform leadership role?
Candidate: I love to be involved in the work. When it come to new team I prefer giving support to the team. In my previous job. I was involved in the training procedure. I was loving supporting my team and I was providing them all the required information regarding job. I will contribute the same excitement and experience in the future as well.
Interviewer 3: Ok.
Interviewer 1: tell me any two duties of Administrative officer.
Candidate: As an Administrative Officer, the person need to assist administrative management, logistics, and directory maintainance. A person also needs to coordinate things between operating unit and departments. On the daily basis, An Administrative manager needs to resolve administrative problems as well.
