  1. Give detailed note about the provisions regarding social and religious disabilities and the punishment provided therefore under the Untouchability (offences) Act, 1955.
  2. Elaborate, having regard to the provisions of the Devdasis Protection Act, 1934 the provisions regarding practice of Devdasi, Devdasis, Marriage of Devdasi, offences under the said Act, etc.
  3. Discuss the provisions relating to protective home under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1955.
  4. Explain the pourers of the Court to pass orders under the Bombay Borstal Schools Act, 1929 and the limitation on exercise of those powers.
  5. Write short notes (any four):-

(b) Cancellation or suspension of licenses under the provisions of the Untouchability (Offences) Act, 1955.

  1. Discuss the provisions of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1955 regarding allowing premises to be kept as brothel, living on earnings of prostitution, detaining a person in a premises where prostitution is carried on and prostitution in the vicinity of a public place.

  1. State and explain important provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2015 and elaborate about the machinery established by the State for implementation of the Act.
  2. Briefly explain about Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) and explain about programme running in Maharashtra for implementation of the scheme.
  3. Briefly explain about causes and bad effect of child marriages and measure to be taken by the government to curb the problem of child marriage.
  4. Elaborate in detail about salient features of the Probation Offenders Act, 1958 and machinery established by government for proper implementation of the said Act. Also explain about the problems for implementing the Act.
  5. What type of assistance and help is provided to Women under the protection of women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and also briefly explain about functions of protection officers and other institutions providing services and assistance under this Act.
  6. Briefly explain about detail provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Child) Act, 2015 regarding the

Juveniles in conflict with law.
