Indian Army has released recruitment for agniveers under Agnipath scheme for this year. The recruitment will be completed through online exam and rally. Agniveer Salary Structure
Those who get selected through the Agnipath scheme will be enrolled in the Indian army. A separate rank named Agniveer will be assigned to them. This rank is separate from the existing ranks of Indian Army. After completion of the service of 4 years 25% of every batch will be offered to join the regular cadre of Indian army.
The Agniveers will be given one time Seva nidhi package. In this package the agniveers will contribute a portion of their monthly salary and govt. will also contribute the same amount of money in Agniveer corpus fund. After the completion of service they will receive the whole amount together.
The monthly salary during the first year will be ₹30000. In second year the monthly salary will be ₹33000. In third year the monthly salary will be ₹36500 and during forth year the monthly salary will be ₹40000.

Seva Nidhi Package: The total contribution to Agniveer Corpus Fund after 4 years by agniveer is ₹5.02 lakh. Govt. also contributes ₹5.02 lakh to the fund. After 4 years Agniveer will receive around ₹10.04 lakh in Seva Nidhi package.
Medical facility: Agniveers are entitles to medical facilities at service hospitals during the service period.
CSD Facility: They can enjoy CSD provisions during their engagement period.
Death and Disability compensation: The Agniveers will be provided a life insurance cover of ₹48 lakhs.
Allowances: The Agniveers will be paid Risk and hardship allowance, Dress allowance and Travel allowance.
