• Senior Project Manager: Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Information Technology, Nanotechnology, Computer Engineering, etc.), Along with these additional qualification for example ten plus years of experience managing multidisciplinary R&D or technology development projects, proven track record in executing government-funded, industry-sponsored, or multi-institutional scientific projects, experience in laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, and scientific documentation, strong understanding of scientific research workflows, experimental design, and data interpretation, ability to guide cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and technicians, advanced competency in project planning, timeline development, budgeting, and risk management, skilled in resource allocation, procurement and vendor coordination.
  
• NPDF (General): Ph.D. degree in Science, Engineering, or an allied discipline. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting the final viva/award may also apply, but the fellowship will activate only after successful Ph.D. completion. The Ph.D. must be in a field aligned with the proposed research area (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, information and technology, computer engineering, etc.). A strong research background demonstrated through: publications in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals, conference papers and/or patents, etc. Experience in experimental, computational, or field-based research relevant to the proposed project. Ability to independently design and execute research experiments or simulations. Strong domain expertise in the chosen specialized area (e.g., nanomaterials, electrochemistry, microfabrication, thin film deposition, computational modelling, etc.) Proficiency in advanced instrumentation, analytical methods, or modelling tools relevant to the project. Capability to write scientific manuscripts, proposals, and technical reports.
  
• Principle Project Associate: Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Information Technology, Nanotechnology, Computer Engineering, etc.). Prior roles such as Project Associate II, Senior Research Fellow, or Research Engineer considered advantageous. Along with these additional qualification for example four plus years of experience managing multidisciplinary R&D or technology development projects. Hands-on understanding of instrumentation, analytical tools, and relevant domain techniques, Experience in scientific documentation, data analysis, progress reporting, and compliance with funding-agency norms, Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Gantt charts and research data management platforms, Experience in preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation for project review committees.
  
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF): M.Sc./M.Tech/M.E. in disciplines for example Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Information Technology, Nanotechnology, Computer Engineering, etc. Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates with CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, DBT-BET, JEST, ICMR-JRF, etc. will be encouraged; however, salaries as per UGC norms will be paid for non-NET/GATE candidate. Minimum 2 years of research experience as a JRF or equivalent after post-graduation (certificate from respective institute to be attached). Strong experimental skills relevant to the project domain such as materials synthesis, thin film deposition, electrochemistry, spectroscopy, coding/data analysis, etc. Proven experience in executing laboratory experiments, maintaining instruments, and research documentation. Evidence of contributions for example research papers, conference presentations, etc. to be attached while applying.
  
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc./M.Tech/M.E. in disciplines for example Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Information Technology, Nanotechnology, Computer Engineering, etc. Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. • Field Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Technology for example B.Sc., B.Tech., B.E.
