• Assistant Director, Maharashtra Finance & Accounts Service, Group-A: (1) Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with minimum 55% from a Statutory College, OR (2) Taken by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Passed Final Examination of Chartered Accountant OR (3) Passed the Final Examination in Cost Accountancy conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants or (4) Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from a Statutory University, OR (5) Degree (MBA) with specialization in Finance Business Administration from an institution recognized by the All India Council of Technical Education.
• Industry Officer (Technical), Group-B: (1) Degree in Engineering (other than Civil Engineering as well as subjects affiliated to groups of subjects in Civil Engineering like Architecture, Town Planning etc.) or Technology from a Statutory University or (2) Degree of a Statutory University in Science.
• Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Group-A: (1) Minimum 4 years degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (2) A valid driving license issued by the competent authority authorizing to drive motor cycles with gears, light motor vehicles and transport vehicles (heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger vehicles) is required on the last date of submission of main examination application.
• Civil Engineering Services Examination: 1) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualification declared as equivalent by the Government of Maharashtra. (2) As per Government Decision, Department of Higher and Technical Education, No. Sankirna-2013 / (45/13)/ Part-1 /Tanshi-2, dated 18th October, 2016 the following educational qualifications are equivalent to Civil Engineering Degree Course:-
  B.E./B.Tech. (Civil and Water Management) (b) B.E. / B. Tech. (Civil and Environmental) (d) B.E. / B. Tech. (Construction Engineering/Technology) (c) B.E. / B. Tech. (Structural)
  
• Maharashtra Electrical Engineering Services Exam: 1) Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualification declared as equivalent by the Government of Maharashtra. (2) As per Government Decision, Department of Higher and Technical Education, No. Sankirna-2013 / (45 / 13 ) / Part-1/Tanshi-2, dated 18th October, 2016, the following are equivalent to the Electrical Engineering Degree Course:- (a) B.E. / B. Tech. ((Electrical and Power),  (b) B.E./B. Tech.( (Power System),  (c) B.E. / B. Tech. ( (Electronics and power) (d) B.E. / B. Tech. ( (Electrical and Electronics)
• Food and Drug Administrative Service Examination: (1) Degree, Master’s Degree or Doctorate from a recognized University in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agriculture or Veterinary Science or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Chemistry or Medicine. (2) Equivalent or recognized qualification notified by the Food Authority with the approval of the Central Government.
• Inspector, Validation Science: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering from a Constituent University or Degree in Science (one of which is Physics)

• Open Category: 18/19 to 38 Years
• Reserve Category Category: 18/19 to 43 Years
