Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक पात्रता)
  • Junior Scientist: Essential: 1st class degree in Engineering in Chemical / Metallurgy Mechanical / Material Science or equivalent or 1st class Masters degree in Geology/ Chemistry or equivalent or M.Tech (Mineral Processing). Desirable: Master’s in Engg./Technology or Ph.D. in the subject concerned
  • Scientist: Essential: 1st class degree in Engineering in Chemical / Metallurgy / Mechanical / Material Science or equivalent or 1st class Masters degree in Geology/ Chemistry or equivalent or M.Tech (Mineral Processing) with 4 years experience. Desirable: Masters in Engg. or Doctorate Degree in the subject concerned. Experience would be relaxed by two years for Master in Engg/Technology degree holders, and 3 years for Ph.D. in Science.
  • Senior Scientist: Essential: 1st class degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Metallurgy/Mechanical / Material Science or equivalent or 1st class Masters degree in Geology/ Chemistry or equivalent or M.Tech (Mineral Processing) with 7 years experience out of which 3 years would be in a responsible supervisory capacity. Desirable: Masters in Engg. or Doctorate Degree in the subject concerned. Experience would be relaxed by two years for Master in Engg/Technology degree holders, 3 years for Ph.D. in Science, and 4 years for Ph.D. in Engineering
