• Head of Department: Ph.D. in Engineering & Technology / Mechanical Engineering (Design) / Architecture + Minimum 12 years of experience in Bamboo Technology, out of which at least 2 years shall be at a senior academic level or Master’s Degree with First Class or equivalent in Engineering & Technology / Mechanical Engineering (Design) / Architecture + Minimum 15 years of experience in Bamboo Technology, out of which at least 3 years shall be at a senior academic level.
  
• Lecturer (Bamboo Seasoning & Preservation): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class or equivalent + Minimum 7 years experience in Bamboo Technology (PG Diploma in Engineering & Technology will be preferred).
  
• Lecturer (Design): Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Product Design preferred, material-centric focus on bamboo) + Minimum 4 years hands-on field experience in bamboo-based design.
  
• Instructor: Graduate with Diploma in Bamboo Application Technology / Art Teacher Diploma or equivalent + Minimum 10 years’ experience in bamboo crafts, furniture, handicraft production, or allied sectors.
