Agneepath Scheme Agniveers Bharti 2022: A newly introduced scheme to the youth of India addressed by the department of defense is a scheme which will allow youth of age group of 17.5 years to 21 years to join our defense Department , get trained in various things and make their lives a bit upscale and learn new technologies. The aim of this initiative is to help the youth with their health , minds and financial aspects and make them future soldiers of Indian defense services.
Nowadays, a large amount of youth candidates are jobless and they all are wasting their precious years of lives. To help these candidates learn and grow themselves , Indian defense department has come up with this great initiative to address the issue of unemployment and unskilled labor found in India. The defense will recruit soldiers, sailors and airman in army, navy and airforce respectively. The recruitment will be purely done on merit basis which will include written examination as well as physical examination which will allow selectors to select the best of the youth.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT AS AGNIVEER

Recruitment criteria: Pan India merit based.
Age criteria: 17.5 years to 21 years.

Years of service: 4 years of compulsory service including training.
